Tracy works with leadership and executive teams to influence change and build team cohesiveness, customizing every engagement to ensure specific goals and unique challenges are addressed. Her extensive coaching and consulting experience enables her to hold leaders accountable for results on both a behavioral and operational level while creating a deeper level of self-awareness and understanding of the impact they have on others.
A particular niche and passion of Tracy’s is partnering with executives of start-up ventures, especially in the biotech space. In addition to facilitating strategy and leadership sessions, Tracy’s keen interest in helping leaders and teams build capability and resilience enables her to help organizations create cutting edge strategies for competitive advantage. Tracy’s consulting and coaching support is proactive and solutions focused. She has participated in major research initiatives focused on the future of work, and partners with leaders to create opportunities caused by disruptive and transformational trends, rather than being reactive.
During her corporate tenure, Tracy worked extensively aligning people strategy with business strategy, ensuring both cultural alignment and employee engagement. As an internal consultant, Tracy developed change management strategies, created leadership development programs, designed assessments and coached leaders. She developed and implemented peer mentoring and career management programs, and facilitated succession planning, performance management processes and strategy sessions.
Highly regarded within the business community, Tracy has served on the Board of Directors of HRPS (SHRM’s Executive Network) and led its New Jersey affiliate for fourteen years. Tracy is a member of the Garden State Impact100 chapter, is a former Board member of the New Jersey chapter of Dress for Success and is active with BioNJ and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA). As a passionate alum, she interviews prospective candidates for Brandeis University and is still highly engaged in this community.
Tracy has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in organization design, organizational change, team development, leadership, emotional intelligence and coaching and speaks on these topics to professional organizations. She earned a B.A. from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. in Organization Management from Rutgers University. Strategies for Success International is certified as a National Women Business Owner (NWBOC).
