Tracy helped us at a critical time in our company’s transition from a development stage startup to a global commercial biopharmaceutical company. Her work with our executive committee allowed us to overcome the challenges posed by our expansion and to improve our relationships and effectiveness as a management team. Tracy is an expert at helping leaders find a basis for aligning on a common framework for trust-based interactions despite conflicting styles and predispositions. In addition to team sessions, Tracy provided executive coaching to key people in our organization to enable them to adapt to the changing structure and size of our operations.
Tracy also worked with us on design for our growing organization, including introducing us to the Gallup Q12 survey for measuring employee engagement and creating the internal processes to address opportunities surfaced through this survey, such as a “Shark Tank” team building exercise and the designation of engagement champions across the company. Under her guidance, we cascaded team development for both functional groups and program teams across the company. Tracy was critical in helping us adopt a systemic approach to our people and our plans, including designing metrics to validate that our efforts were having an impact while preserving our entrepreneurial culture.
I highly recommend Tracy for any organization needing a high-touch approach to complex organizational challenges.
